Why Executive Orders?

Upon assuming office, the Maxwell Administration shall issue a series of executive orders to swiftly address urgent issues and set the foundation for our ambitious agenda. Here's why this approach was necessary:

Immediate Action: Executive orders allow for rapid implementation of critical policies that align with our campaign promises, ensuring that we hit the ground running.

Addressing Urgent Needs: Many of the challenges facing Tennessee require prompt attention, from healthcare reform to economic revitalization. Executive orders provide the necessary tools to tackle these issues without delay.
