A long time resident of the South and educated in the Southern Traditions; Stephen C. Maxwell, was born on August 31st in Lowell, Massachusetts to Ferrall Winfield and Betty Elaine (Brock-Dunlap) Maxwell, now both deceased. Stephen grew up in the Oneness Pentecostal Churches Starting with Bishop and Sis Harvey Howe of Nashua, NH. Stephen is a God-Called Preacher. Stephen is a Graduate of Central High School, Class of 1996 in Central Heights, AL. Stephen is familiar with what Farmers and those who take care of animals are in need of, on a small scale basis. Stephen Maxwell is a tender hearted and caring individual for his fellow man. Stephen believes no person should be without a roof over their head, clothes on their back, food in their stomach and if the need arises, every person should be able to see a Doctor. Stephen Cares for Tennessee and thinks the Constituents, (WE THE PEOPLE) need to get a fairer chance at living in Tennessee.
